Get Into the Christmas Spirit

Soon it will be spicy blue, Snowflakes and winter-mint. The falling snow like the melted marshmallows in my hot chocolate Cold yellow everyone says “Don’t eat!” Sweet shattering of icicles against the wet pavement And blue skies that bite your eyes. Colored bells, Greens and reds, Silver and gold waves weighing on the pine needles. Going to bed while the soft fog kisses your window Makes the night comfy. White hot birth of the new year , Thousands of blushing prayers, Whispers for His son. The holiday songs feel like a warm sweater I’m wearing it while the aroma of Christmas spirit arrives late And the sharp jingle bells prick your fingers.
