Frost comes as snow without clouds, bringing a brilliance to the dawn. I allow myself a moment to admire it, to see the many shapes of the water crystals. In only an hour it will rise up into the blue sky, a soft vapor in the brisk winter breeze.

A unique poem. I loved a comparison to makeup that winter dusts on earth. 'Jack Frost takes a bite" seems to finish it with a flourish. It is lovely.
