From black to green

I feel enraged Stuck in this cage The Black dog beside me The pushing down My mask isn't working I manage to frown When I'm out on a social. I afix the mask it's a front Most think that everything is fine If only they new I was towing the line It's not good when you have to fake it PTSD life is really s**t It's dark its dank no one can see Deep Inside what happening to me The road to recovery is long and bendy It's hard to laugh and be friendly But as the equinox is round the corner The time leaps forward We get an hour longer The sun beating down on your face You feel your life is changing for better Living of grid out of the rat race Balance on the branch and write your letter Positive thoughts and how far you have come The anxious feelings beating around your body Slowly descending the going down of the sun Balancing the light you have to embody This is the sanctuary that you deserve A place of positivity and tranquility Calm down those feelings and just observe This is your place of stability You can sustain real life Feel your body experience the new light Being strong being rid of you strife Your disability does not stop you fight Go forth to the valleys be one with nature See the red kite flying high in the sky Smell and feel the things on the glacier It's not your time to say goodbye Hear the ground crunching underfoot The smell of smoke carried on the breeze As you walk foot by foot See the new Buds popping out for light The earth has began its regeneration The weather now is fine and bright No more time for separation Remain positive you will beat this curse The beautiful countryside will give you help I hope you will understand and converse Talking to others is the beginning skelp I know you just cannot see But just read this verse for me Your life will benefit greatly It is a long journey from the dark cage Sometimes you will feel rage Take some advice and you will be seen The journey is from black to green.
