Friends
Friends one day or one day friends?
They can come in uninvited,
Sometimes your delighted,
Some just come to strut,
Think they are better than you,
I know now they are shallow , untrue.
Some come to talk, be open with you,
Their troubles they want to impart,
Try hard to listen with only your heart.
They have come to the crossroads,
Not knowing which way to go.
They pour out their worries,
Hoping that you will know.
It's God's will that we try,
To listen when they cry.
But it hurts much when they say,
That they did it all their own way.
