Free Cee the Rose the Grows Next Door

THE ROSE THAT GROWS NEXT DOOR Why Why did you ask why we did that? Who knows? Who knows why the rebel held a rose A rose who rose to the occasion And lent lessons on how to hold a flower Properly and not as property or such Tender to the touch Lest flakes of red be shed by lips of moisture born Two souls so close Two minds set so far apart But heart met panting heart on nights of youthful yearning The rebel bent on learning The rose dripping virgin dew And all this so brand new The rose laid the rebels head gently upon a cloud angels claimed her bed While a rebel was held captive by every petal and what the rose had said She said “I be a rose for a rebel to behold I, a bit older yet here to soothe two souls smoldering desires A rose who glows and a rebel who sets fires” ……………………..Why Did you ask why we did that? Who knows? Do you my rebel’s rose? © 2012 “That rose’s rebel" PHREEPOETREE ~free cee!~
