DON’T STEAL MY STEEL I felt that I truly felt that It pieced my heart as a blade of bitterness for battle honed And edged its way into a soul assumed so hard as steel Yet was no match for how it made me feel And the stabs and jabs of the way in which I felt As before a wizened one this weeping and suddenly softened man humbly knelt And eyed the robes that fell to feel the floor As I felt to feel as I have ne’re before and nor perhaps shall never feel once more And then I read words which broke my heart presumed of metal made When suddenly the lights did fade Then darkness ruled the kingdom Hhe came to reign And I felt that When I truly and firstly felt another man’s pain © 2012…..PHREEPOETREE ~free cee!~
