Fred and Ginger

Paper waltz in candy light flickering and swollen We belong to yesteryear in this moment stolen Dancing 'round the silvered cane sugared lips a salty kiss Black and white on tv screens longing stripped as pure as this Flowing skirts in see through silk tapping heels on marble floors Slipping air into our pockets makes me want you all the more Might as well be strung on chords candy floss from rafters wood as we dance with swollen looks spoken not, but understood.
