Framed To Lose a Career

He painted a painting of beauty and peach, Of her peering out through the glass, Pondering her world of hope and desire, His paintbrush and her danced a dance, And this image of love sat up in her house, Admired by her family and friends, Sharing the love from deep in her heart, But this is where his story ends, You see, another girl wanted an identical brush, Demanded he paint her the same, And when he refused this conniving request, He found that he had been framed, So now he’s alone with one brush in his hand, Singing the loneliest song, Because this one paint the law still hasn’t seen, This painting was deemed to be wrong.
