Fragmented Poetics
I think sometimes,
in an effort to sell reflections
of life,
egotistic mirrors
break themselves
into a million pieces.
Fractured verses,
bent and poisoned,
deformed from the ill-treatment
of delicate lines;
echoes of poetry.
