Forsaken
Tears fall like rain upon their grave,
they are the ones that none can save.
To those who love outside God’s rule
or cannot reproduce man’s pool,
the pearly gates will not unlock
preserving whiteness of God’s flock.
Tears fall like rain upon their grave,
they are the ones that none can save.
Love only counts if couples share
ability to sire a heir,
no sterile man may take a wife
for broken tools will not suffice.
Tears fall like rain upon their grave,
they are the ones that none can save.
Much worse than this, is also found
the graves of babies in the ground
outside the church, beyond God’s care,
as bastards are not welcomed there.
Tears fall like rain upon their grave,
they are the ones that none can save.
