Forgotten

Born into loneliness Rejected at first glance I am claimed by the merciless To lay naked Before the eyes of the silent Forgotten in emerald under growth My mind lost Wanders to comfort It stays among the few common Never wanting to leave The pasture of imaginary love Alone I stay with what peace is left I am not meant to be among others My calmness is shattered Broken by the bold and the proud They will not leave me to my delusions Leave my mind scattered One stranger insists upon my wholeness To destroy my dream My pasture My world Forgotten I am alone again
