Forget Me

Once I felt this pen run like the the tears on my face, I knew we weren't meant for each other. So I'll let this ink roll acrossed this paper and just sit here, broken. Not everything is meant to work out but I guess I'll be fine. I know you will. We've lied to each other enough so how much will one more "yes, I'm fine." possibly hurt? It's completely obvious that I can't make you happy. So I'll leave you alone just enough to forget me. Forget me, just like all things that don't matter to you. Forget me so I know I won't be hurt again. Isn't it funny how easy it is to forget the things that don't really matter to us?
