Forged In the Fire

It is written: God said He was a consuming fire My words are pure They were forged in the fire Hard reproof was the anvil they were shaped on The words sheathed in my mouth are like a two-edged sword If you worship idols, a mortal cut will be your reward My words were forged strong by the intense heat of the fire They were tempered hard in cooling waters of righteous desire Passion was the hammer, reproof was the anvil that created this sharp instrument of truth My words are pure They were forged in the fire Be very afraid, fear exceedingly too --- if ever I have to wield this weapon against you Dedicated to my beloved father His words taught me the Word of God

Reminds me of when I read Philo 20 B.C.-50 A.D. He talks about the Logos meaning 'word' and our tongues are a double-edged sword I agree with you RW. /|\ 'Logos' the firstborn of God.
