Forever Temporary

I started writing poetry at thirteen, A way to escape the struggles and strife Of poverty and violence I'd seen, I learned about rhyme patterns and life. I took classes and practiced my art, Creating poems that came from the heart, But personal issues got in the way, And for a time, I did not write or play. But then I discovered music's sweet sound, And for the past fifteen years, I've been bound To mastering various skills and techniques, Creating an eclectic blend of beats. Inspired by all those I've met in life, Good or bad, they've shaped me in some way, I've blended EDM, hip hop, K-pop, and more, Into a style that's mine and not a bore. I grew up listening to many a genre, And now my music has a soulful vigor, Organic beats and cleared samples blend, With homemade sounds and original blend. I've had the chance to collaborate and create, With labels, artists, both known and great, And even produced for independent stars, Helping them reach success from afar. It's a journey of growth, resilience, and art, A way to process and adapt to life's part, It's self-discovery and so much more, Forever temporary, that's for sure.
