Forever As I Fall
Forever as I fall
Upon this land of evergreen,
lone of seeded desperate aching
formed in shadows of lattice’d phrase
Poetic pleasures a’ cast the trees
Echoing…calling…beckoning,
as your voice it sings to me
in mesmeric lyrics
Tissue paper lanterns
sway in stardust breezes,
softly illuminating
a canopy of desires
Angelic sighs float
on wings of enchanted dragonflies
soaring to my heart
in whispered stanzas
As melodies of effervescent glow,
accompanied by strings
of spider’s web and
dew drop wishes harmonize
I shall remain
within this endless dream
forever as I fall
in love ~
with you
