For Us and the Little Ones

An egg under a cement block can feel the full crushing load. Holding unto its own small flock, watching for the yolk to close. Singing- it won't, cursing-it will, if it does the center implodes. With no center I know, the pray of holding on sure is going, going wrong. With no center to hold, seems it won't be long. Tell us, pray us, hold on, go on. It stills our hearts, the egg, its heart is so strong, no cement block can crack, our Hard, hard, heart centered Life.

I love it Dan, it is of course true about the egg and that is a perfect comparison for a heart centered life. Excellent write!
