For Heathcliff

I love my little canary. He sings so sweet and loud. He puffs out his feathers and looks so very proud. He starts off a-warbling. he pulls it from his soul and though I love his music I wish he had a volume control.

My zebra finch sounds like a squeaky toy too, he never learned to sing;) the doves a lower pitch, so not piercing but the sound travels farther, through walls etc

I have also inherited by Mom's zebra finch who sounds like a dogs squeaky toy, pretty loud in here when they both get going, I bet doves are quieter
