"footprints 2" "Go gliding like an Eagle where Poets go music will lead - through truth, Love will show" He said, "When you think all is gone, that’s where real Love will show..." "Fire and Lava flows," He said, "Hell freezes over While Snowglobes are turned upside down and smashed on The Road..." Teardrops on The Fraz knows, watching tears falling warm tears falling slow He turns over The Snowglobe The Past slowly lets go From a prison released Solitarily Unconfined, Slow "Go gliding like an Eagle where Poets go music will lead - through truth, Love will show" She said, "Freedom. FJ, a favourite writer of mine thought this and shared it with the world... it holds value when considering the poem here that I wrote and your comment above, "One must learn to love, and go through a good deal of suffering to get to it... and the journey is always towards the other soul." Love the fire and ice opposition and the release into freedom this poem seems to convey to me. Or is it imprisoned love being unchained and life carrying on? Regardless, a great poem to read, enjoy and contemplate, a fav... Happy Thanksgiving my friend....

In this world, I wouldn't turn over the snowglobe. I would trudge through the snow through blizzardy conditions, crawl on my hands and knees to get in...and reside inside there for evermore. Lovely write as always, Leann. Hugs Charlie

Messina! Lovely to hear from you. I get your take on it. But while they are pretty and full of wonderment, Snow Globes, I always felt, had an essence of being trapped, the opposite of freedom. This poem is about release, and the smashing of a snow globe on The Road, is symbolic, of letting the past go and moving forward. Happy Holidays I believe in America, Thanks Giving. I will have to look in and see what wonderful thoughts/stories you have been delivering to the world. Leanne xx
