When we lose the love of our life, we must still carry on to honor and carry on their memory.

Following the Thread By Franklin Price 06/08/2022 My life is in a quandary. There is unrequited love My dear wife, my love in life Is watching from above I mourn her and I miss her She was my love, she was my mate The bed beside me's empty I ponder, what's to be my fate The time has flown and yet has not I long to hold her tight Have the joy I had in loving her To be alone just isn't right My thoughts and dreams are filled with her She was the perfect one for me Still with me in my heart and mind I still have her spiritually Lately, thoughts are creeping in My God, I pray it's no disgrace Of others I may love also Although I never can replace Are these thoughts of mine unfaithful? Is there cheating on my brain? Am I supposed to live alone, Or somehow get back on the train. There are many others Who are going through this strife Our love in life is gone And we're by ourselves in life Friends and family are there for us But it never is the same As to have our lifetime partners Who will always share our name There are many who will read this Who are in a place like me We should go where God is guiding We should follow him and see
