Fly High
When shadows of despair creep in my mind,
They splash iridescent hues of hope -
Those chirping birds in my backyard I find;
When shadows of despair creep in my mind,
The morning symphony of these birds from behind,
Raises me up from the gloom I grope;
When shadows of despair creep in my mind,
They splash iridescent hues of hope.
