Flora of Government
Like a Tuber mushroom
an Authoritarian State
thrusts myriad mycelium tendrils
in a vain attempt
to control every contingency.
Like a Fragrant fern
a Constitutional Republic
radiates spores far and wide
to invariably find
the wisest way.
