Fitness

Using gadgets for all your work From physical activity you shirk Using vehicles to move around Walking you are never found About fitness you don't care No time for exercise you spare Just observe your physique Physically stiff, you feel weak Some exercise, yoga every day Why not go out, walk and play How about cycling and skipping Let today be a new beginning Don't think I am too old for it It requires steadfastness, grit In few days you'll feel less pain Flexibility and fitness you'll gain Walk in nature gives much joy Shut down mobile, just enjoy Eat timely healthy, low fat food To your health it'll do much good Think positive, be happy ever Your health will surely prosper Your fitness is in your hand You are responsible, understand Make health your priority in life It will keep away lot of strife Of no use is all your wealth If you don't have good health Change the way you live, start today Live happy, healthy life every day

Amen Rama! You bring up such a great point - the resiliency of our bodies and our ability to respond in such a positive way to a little exercise! Indeed it is a choice with great rewards but it does take a prioritizing! Paddy and I walk and I have a weight routine that I like. Sending you blessings of good health and happiness. Thanks for reinforcing this oh so important lesson! :D
