I am a pyromaniac! I love hot! Which is why I am so irritated that I am no longer supposed to eat bottles of jalapeno peppers!

I love how fire fires the fervor of your fiery imagination, Caren :)

Bernard, you are so "spot on". It may help that I am taking a Z-pack to try to live through a very bad sinus infection. It keeps me fiery for sure, and up a lot of the time I should be sleeping.

Fire is so magical as I have the mind of a pyro-maniac. Luckily I am forbidden by everyone I know to have any matches inside the house.

I just re-read it, and you are so right! I like this haiku much better now.

this is cute personification of fireworks, Caren. Just read your note on my nutty poem and I am sorry you can't enjoy walnuts. I think my walnut tree started to die two years ago.It is hardly growing and I should have found out why the leaves were spotted when I noticed it the fall before last. I hope it won't be too late to save it come spring. (it was only four years old)

I LOVE walnuts. For years I ate them KNOWING the consequences of it and not caring as I loved the taste so much. I gave that up a few years back as a broken out mouth for a week is no picnic when you are older.

I have bonfires at my home on a regular basis because I am bewildered, bewitched and mesmerized by the flame. I love to watch her dance and reach for the sky. I would have a bonfire every day except on I am reminded "not a windy day - too dangerous" and there are lots of windy days in Kansas where I am. (Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz is proof of that).
