Finding Life In Midst of Death
There I was happily wed less than year
then it changed in a moment of time
my dear Jean passed into eternity
gone to heaven before her prime
I had heard the gospel number of times
knew it's meaning and that's not all
this life isn't answer to man's soul
that's found only bowing to God's call
So in that evening pondering life
all of the gospel hearing returned to me
realising that God's son had died
for me taking my sins on Calvary's tree
This Jesus became my living saviour
changed my life into heaven bound
gave purpose and meaning for one's soul
now I'm living in Christ fully found
So this is where I truly found life
found it right in midst of death
there God drew me to Himself
to life for Christ for He's my breath
