James, I 've head of this "disease" and seen movies about it. Good definition, my friend. Seems we are following a poetry trail tonight. Thanks for your comments. Luv, andrea

Creative words dealing with a delicate subject matter... so many suffer from mental illness and what triggers it ... so many varieties of its kind.. we shall never know perhaps.... sad but truth in your words James... a man of many talents and versatility... like "Sweetheart"...

Heard of this illness(mental). Sometimes it is a parent that does something to a child so that they can get attention through the child. Keep the educational pen flowing. Sara

Poignant message filled senryu here James.Captured the essence of the disease in so few words. I had to write a thesis on this subject for my abnormal psych class. Wish I could have done this instead. Thanks so much for sharing! Many thanks too for taking the time to read my poetry and your always kind words and encouragement are much appreciated! Have a wonderful day~Mary
