Fight For Life
I am beating myself numb,
From the things that I have done.
How could I let life slip away,
To change the past I wish today.
Feels like to me my soul is lost,
Truth is I'd sell my soul no cost.
Why is life so complicated?
Warnings of this noone stated.
I'm a dead man walking without purpose in my life,
I've been scared by flames of hell, have cuts from a dull knike.
For me to live among this world I'll need a bright light,
My sight has been blinded by the way I fight for life.
As I look at death face to face,
I wonder if it's worth the race.
I think there might be a slight chance,
To live longer in life's dance.
