Fifty Shades of Grey

Scouring the Florida mall for my family, stopping to retrieve from my purse a piece of candy, randomly peeking into the different shops, just seeing a lot of different elderly Mom and Pops, Then walking down the mall venue, let out a big gigantic frantic ah-choo, people even with hearing aids turning round, must have been quite like a sonic boom sound, Still walking around in the mall fray, someone walked past looking like an elderly Doris Day, with hordes of people suddenly appearing out of nowhere, the search in this sea of grey was becoming like a nightmare, Finally a light bulb popped over my head, instead of scouting around I used my cell phone instead, telling me while munching in my ear they were in the food court, my walking with fifty shades of grey finally aborted. 1-11-17

A truly adventure you gave us, Cheryl. A real and well-expressed poem. Ain't it happened to us all. You said it w/such keen simplicity. Just goes to show us that w/age does come wisdom. That light can come through, if we don't have our shades down. Lovely poem. Much love to you always.
