Feel the Now

Feelings are a fickle thing they can change in a moment such can't be really trusted it's forces rain in a torrent So let's just concentrate on now thinking how effected is my being by feelings of such varied dimensions looking inside one self feeling is seeing I have peace within my very soul holding everything else in check even when attacked with doubt faith rises to defeat feelings of wreck There comes from such feelings a real deep sure contentment that whatever winds blow my way be sure your peace is not rent So don't depend on your feelings be what you are here and now enjoy yourself within the moment feel it but don't give it a row!
