Feeding the Ducklings

Feeding the ducklings on a sunny day, around me they swim and play. The shimmering water is clear and cool so I dip my feet in the pool. Around me the ducklings swim, around me they play, around me I beg them to stay. But the breadcrumbs are gone, so they must move on and leave me on the shore.
