Fears of Loneliness
From beyond the hills
And from beyond the mountains
There a lay a person by themselves
She looks up at the sky
A lone tear falls down her face
She cries out
"Someone please come..."
But no one hears her
pleas of desperation
She breaks down in the grass
A few feet away a lake lies there
The girl walks there and
looks at the lake
A reflection looks back at her
She yelps in fright as
she sees herself
Because in the reflection
The demons that haunt her
are reflected in the lake
With the little hope she has
She wishes for someone to come
Someone to take away the loneliness
Someone to give her a hug
Or just there presence is enough
That's all she needs
Before the demons in her get her
Before she takes the final step
and falls in the abyss of insanity
