Farewell Friend

Oh! Time passed by so quickly It seems like yesterday, When you walked into our classroom With a great smile and a glowing face Like the sun, shines each and every day. Soon you will be taking a journey In which you have never traveled before The time is [passing by] so quickly And your heart is like a ticking clock. You are leaving with a heart so full of love To follow your hearts desire So full of mystery and heroic excitement Ready, for a great adventure and to fulfill your own desires. Now, we have to say so long and see you later Knowing that your enthusiasm and kindness And your smile, is worth more than thousand of words We will store them in our hearts, like a pearl hidden inside its clam. We do not say Good Bye, it sounds like an eternity We only say, so long! So long! Our dearest mate, Bring us the wealth and fortune Of every journey you take; but, never lose faith. Farewell our dearest Friend.
