Fall's Breath

Fall's Breath Pastel sunrises and sunsets Upon fall's gentle breeze, The winds blow calm Kissing the leaves. Song birds flutter through the sky Feeling the gentle breath of fall, The eyes of the beholder In amazement of it all. The tenderness of fall Aroma of foliage everywhere, A glistening beam of sunshine Dances through a child's hair. God had bestowed To His children on the earth, A gentle kiss from fall's breath Replenishment of a coming rebirth. Copyright Cynthia Jones Oct.5/2005
