Fake it You can’t fake it, to make it; You can’t fake it, if you want to make it. If you have got talent, then you will make it; But whatever you do, when you reach the top, don’t fake it. Be real kid, just like your heroes did; You’ve got to feel it and mean what you say. No you were not too mean, because you said it with meaning; You were real, you made me believe, so have a nice day. Fail to live your life the way they want you to; You have done all you can to be like them, But they never embraced you. Say what you mean, you know we can take it; Do what you can do and make sure you stay true. You meant what you said and that is what matters; Say I love you whenever you get the chance And never look backwards.
