Faithful Man's Prayer
Lord don't let me marry a player
I better marry a mayor
To teach me the politics of the town
And how to be a good politician
O lord when I marry a player
You have killed me before my time
I will die young
I will dye my coat with beer and never hunt for deer
Lord don't let me marry a club girl
Who runs from club to club
Looking for money in the pockets of men
And to spend the night there exposing herself to rape
Lord don't let me marry a goalkeeper
Who receives and does not work
A goalkeeper who only needs me in the bed and in the church
A goalkeeper whom when we walk the world laughs at us
O lord let me marry a lady who will ask me questions to answer
A lady who will look directly into my eyes and know when am angry or not and keeps quiet
A lady who will sit and walk with me and am complete
A lady who will speak and is said to be a wise woman
A woman who will love me like I love her
A lady who is so fertile like a garden of miraa
Whom I will be with and I don't sleep to protect her
O lord, let me marry a welcoming lady who will not annoy my guests
