Holt, Sr. Have you thought about the time, That you give to GOD each week, Is the time your giving HIM, Is it something HE would seek, Do you think it’s a habit, Like the way you comb your hair, Are you there for the social, And does your heart really care, Are you growing with each visit, Do you apply what you’ve heard, Are you changing’ for the better, Do you even read the Word, Well I got news listen up, If it’s you there is relief, Dig real deep and you may find, That’s what’s missing is belief, Start your morning no radio, Off to work you can drive, With your thoughts and the Lord, Your belief, will soon revive, Share your thoughts with the Lord, As though your talkin’ to a friend, He needs to hear you say it, It does no good to pretend, Open up and ask for help, For the problems in your life, He’s waiting for your prayers, Giv’it to GOD He handles strife.
