Fairytale Ending

Life tells a story, but who does write? Is it “I” that “I” must fight? Does the Redwood tree grow on its own? Does it call water down from the throne? Does the mountain adorn herself? Do the books climb upon the shelf? Does the ocean call forth the wave? And in itself does the ocean rave? I know our life will tell a story. It will reveal to whom we glory! I don’t want to write my own book. For my Creator has not forsook! When my earthy life comes to its end. May my story be written by best friend! The Light that shines in my darkest hour. The Deliverer, in whose grace every day I shower! The Comforter who holds me through the pain. And the Holy One who bore my shame! The Prince, who will never ever let me down! And King, who will place my heavenly crown! Yes, my life will have its fairytale ending. Because with Jesus, eternity I’m spending! Therefore, I want Jesus to write my book. When you remember me, to him please look! Written By: Stacey Brown 5/19/16
