Fade

Sometimes closer, sometimes further away An atom in the atmosphere, ever so slightly Completely insignificant, unburdoned and featureless Watching the artwork of the cosmos, the ink And paint sprays, nuclear droplets of neon red and yellow A fine divide, thick and cursive, completely tangible Delicate as icing sugar trails, frail steps of pixie toes And Santa Claus, a perfectly wrapped box for Pandora Opened like a C section, the folds and hands of the cosmos Aborting a trail of fragility, a Berlin Wall of celestial nothing The sun and moon on either side, fierce and forceful as street statues Dropping coins for the tell tale signs of a birthing eclipse Eyeing up the competition, guessing height and weight The take down speed. The sun is gone and everything fades

This is another amazingly written piece. The imagery is terrific. "A Berlin Wall of elestial nothing"~ words of a true poet. I love the way your mind works... so deep! Well done. Smiles from Lolita

Wonderful verse inspired by science's smallest particle. Your images give life to the atom! Awesome!
