This is a very thought-provoking and brilliantly crafted alexandrine! I'm loving how you've conveyed immense emotions here with vivid imagery as well, within few words.. The rhyming flow is really impeccable as well.. "Dawn's meeting of eyes" Ahh, this write has a poignant touch to it! Really beautifully woven.
