Evening Music of Nature
Evening Music of Nature
I was in a thrill,
While watching the beauty,
Of diminishing Sun,
And feeling that the darkness is
Slowly engulfing us.
The returning birds have eloped from the sky,
With their soul mates,
The last of the fading Sunbeams,
Too were in a hurry to touch only,
The top of the trees.
Only I was alone,
In this serene quietness,
And was trying to hear
The Melodious music of loving birds,
When Crickets too became more active to play their music,
Seeing the fast approaching night,
And no one to disturb, their mighty kingdom.
