Even Though Long Ago
Even Though Long Ago
What are the things I still will know?
Even though they happened long ago
I have already forgotten somehow
Never become part of here and now.
Why are we so resistant to change
And afraid of having to re-arrange
Am comfortable with way things are
To go will always wonder how far.
God remove me from all this mess
And now that heaven is my address
I sure am so glad You won't mind
Me leaving all my problems behind.
All those below each one can share
Carefully look at and try to compare
And eventually they shall start to see
There might be a resemblance of me.
