Eulogy

Life walks with death till final theme, From that first breath to the last glimpse. Just know that thief that steals to be, Death holds a brief for all to see. A face we know will be no more, Death frames a show that hurts the core. We gather here with grief set free, Sadness mulls near for all to see. Weary and worn the tired old soul, By death is borne to estate whole. Speak softly now fond eulogy, Kind words tell how love came to be. Say words of cheer to inspire all, Love keeps life near where sorrow falls. The finale is but a start: Thus come what may, life lives sure art. Leon Enriquez 04 April 2016 Singapore
