Eternities End

All the days, I’ve not so patiently waited, waited for the one, the yang to my yin. Brevity precluded me enumerating all the subtle joys of you, yet, your eyes, Charismatic orbs of jovial laughter, crinkled from sunny days, and blue as sky. Dangerous man you are, yet, the gentleness you show to me knows no bounds and, I would wait another eternity, if only you could guarantee to end life with me.

debbie!!.. "wounds" and "soon" on thaun-bak are okay... " sounds" , even if it were perceived as slant rhyme- word is not close to above mentioned words, arrggh!.. what a beauty .. i waited for a day to get your revised work.. judging already and i feel bad about this... let me know if you got what i meant re rhyme scheme...huggs!

Off in a moment to do grocery shopping with me girl - this too may interest you if you would like a wee bit of info on the modern stuff. http://cco.cambridge.org/extract?id=ccol9780521514675_CCOL9780521514675A014. I am beginning to think I'm a sonnet junkie. I love it all. Raw, iced with butter frosting, sloppy, refined... I am a hussy reader ;)

Only got a a moment. CHeck this out when you can. THis is an example of MODERN sonnet. Modern Sonnets use mega enjambment, near rhymes and frequently use their own rhyme scheme. http://www.scuttlebuttsmallchow.com/boiled.html (cool poetry. Film noir done in sonnet form! Like you didn't already have enough to think about) I faved this site to look at later. Gotta fly....

Beautiful Debbie, I love this way of doing the ABC form, I received your comment on my sonnet entry and I am going to work on it, I have been away for Easter, thanks for helping me out, I really appreciate that, it is all about the learning, hopefully I can improve it before the contest ends.

Did it just get warm in here? :-) I, like Tracie, especially like the third line. The play of danger/gentle. I know nothing about this contest. Will have to snoop later. Anyhoo, about to send you a soupie mail with that addy--remembered I had another account that just sits.Checked and it works fine. Toodles and hugs, Cyndi
