Eternal Wait

Flowers will blossom, leaves will shed, But my feelings for you won’t ever be dead, Little a sorrow, little a pain, I feel them each day without any gain. The day when I walked away for something new, I heard my soul crying aloud for you, O my soul I lacked words to console you then, So all I said was “Maybe he’s also crying for you since when”. Walking away I know was the right thing to do, To bury your memories I needed a place all fresh and new, But as I returned I heard my soul still screaming for you, But this time the voice was as small as dew. All I can do right now is wait, Try hard to hear his whisper at destiny’s gate, Let my hopes be as small as my tear, As my call might fall on deaf ears. O my heart why did you commit the same crime again, Aren’t you tired of repeated sorrow and pain? If its eternal wait again it’s not done, Just go ahead thinking he’s definitely not the one.
