Eternal Love

We went from summer time crushes while playing in the park. Remember sitting on my porch when days became dark? To romancing through our twenties while still becoming ourselves. Had struggles, left and returned because we knew we were fooling ourselves. Fights caused from our family norms that weren't the same Fighting for our existence battled through the shame and blame. We overcame our struggles with passion and snuggles. Now we own a home and share child with your last name. Young faces now wrinkled, hairs turning grey ... Hope our lover is eternal and you feel the same way. Love me eternally.
