Escape From Darkness
It thundered down the halls as furious pace, nothing able to stand in it's way.
The chains that bound turned to lace, it was free that day.
He tried to fight he tried to run, but the beast wouldn't stop.
It was finaly free and wanted fun, a malicous grin making it's jaw pop.
The battle was lost and he was surpressed, locked away down deep
Emotions flashing bordering depressed, no rest even in sleep
Then walls fell and and the prison raised
Broken was the spell, no longer crazed.
With renewed hope and blazing light
He stepped forward to continue his fight
Upon this day thanks are shared
For it reminds him of the time he was spared
