Greetings Suzette! Please forgive my delay in answering your lovely message! I am just now catching up! Thank you for your lovely message! I deeply appreciate your feedback - so supportive! Sending you all the blessings of the Easter season of Alleluia! BTW, from your message to Jennifer it looks like you are a December child. So am I. When is your birthday? All the best!

Hello Sam, hope you are well - dropped by to your page knowing I would find inspiring, imaginative poetic gems, and voila - I was not disappointed! Equinox has always fascinated me. Ours here in Johannesburg is the 21st June and the 22nd December and I sit and watch the sun as our shortest day in Winter and longest day in Summer each play out their climatic performance. I so enjoyed this poem Sam. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Hallo to a fellow citizen of SA. The winter solstice date you mentioned falls near my birthday and I always look forward to it as it means the days will get longer after that. A Highveld winter is not for sissies ... lol

Greetings Dear Friend! You have been on my mind lately and here you are! What a delightful surprise. Like you I love to watch the seasons change - the solstice and the equinox - truly a majestic performance of nature. I am so glad this poem touched your poetic heart! You know how much I enjoy writing haiku and all of its kissing cousins! It is so good to hear from you. I pray all is well. While we are getting ready to celebrate Easter this Sunday I know you are going into Holy Week. Hugs! Blessings of Easter joy to you next week!
