Epic Love
The Devil incarnate,
Whose lust for pain I can never slake,
Not even in time for one date,
What a poor and pitiful fate.
Bring my Romeo to me,
This is my plea,
Oh, why can't she see,
My Romeo belongs with me.
And as I pray on bended knee,
What is this I see,
My Romeo before me,
And I prostrate myself at his feet.
A love so pure and true,
My Romeo I have paid my dues,
All in the name of love for you,
To be in your arms would open a deep wound.
But I will be safe in your arms or die,
A love so strong because of all the tears I've cried,
I can picture us at the end of a rose strewn aisle,
A lovestruck Persephone with her Hades by her side.
