Entangled

Feeling stuck, like tangled in a web, Waiting for someone to help me out Heaviness in heart, scared to death, Will I ever be able to come out? People can help but do I dare to ask, Something whimpering inside me, A little girl, afraid of the dark, Praying for a light to come and guide me. Here I am, holding out my hand, Feeling around for that one touch But its slipping away like the sand, Maybe I am asking for way too much Will you be there at the end of this road? Will you be there when I come out? Will you be there when no one’s there? Still feeling stuck, like tangled in a web, Waiting for someone to help me out.
