Go ahead, destroy My simple way of living And demolish my feelings For I have nothing Nothing left in my being You’ve left me empty and cold The stars up above They twinkle, twinkle away Telling a quiet story But they drown, as clouds Come and cover the dark sky Left the air empty and cold Russell Sivey
