Emotions
Envious- don't let them get to you
Mad- it's alright to feel this way
Overwhelmed- deep breaths, you can get through this
Tired- completely normal to feel this way
Irritated- siblings, am I right?
Offended- their thoughts and opinions don't matter
Nervous- change that feeling to excitement!
Special- everyone has their own feelings. Everyone is special
